Dungeon Kill Point System for the Burning Soul (Version: 151209)

 

In order to highlight the changes that have been made since the last version, all the important amendments are written in italic characters.

 

Our DKP system is designed to offer everyone, who participates in our raid, a fair chance to loot, all the points that rewarded to you is a recognition to your personal effort to either our guild or our raid. It is not intended to punish anyone, however, sadly in practice; we have to make adjustment for individuals who simply ignore the rules. We also reserve the right to reset a person and/or the entire guild’s DKP back to 0 when our current guild master or DKP officer(s) feels appropriate without any prior notice.

 

The role of a guild master is only to setup and amend our DKP rules, for the interests of majority of our guild members. Therefore, he/she is only responsible for taking feedbacks of this system from the officers in charge or from the guild members.

 

Our appointed DKP officer(s) is an entrusted person who records DKP gain or loss, also updates these changes onto our DKP website on a regular time basis, this position is only filled by the person(s) appointed by the guild master. We do apologize here in advance for any human errors; however, it is your responsibility to check your DKP record, and to report to DKP officer(s) for any wrong entries as soon as you can, to avoid difficulty to change them due to technique or management reasons. In addition, we need to stress, the DKP officer(s) has no obligation to explain any of the rules or to answer any enqueries about one’s current DKP score.

 

Our raid leaders are our in-game officers, who are only involved in deduction of DKP. That is to say, they have the rights to auction the loots and notify our DKP officer for any reduction to the DKP due to looting or punishment toward the DKP officer, and no rights for rewarding extra points to anyone.

 

Note: Guild master may act on behalf of the DKP officer(s) or raid leaders, during their absence. And DKP officer is also an in-game officer. They do not receive any extra DKP to them for any service they provide.

 

Rules:

                   

DKP rewarded

Each member of the team is rewarded for 2 points during a successful raid per an hour, this includes those who are inside the instance, and those who are outside but  in raid waiting to substitute. Extra DKP may be rewarded for the first time killing. (Currently tripled) Please notice, bosses that have been farmed regularly will be eventually worth no DKP rewards. Moreover, failure to follow raid leaders’ instructions (they do have the right to ask you to switch your talents even characters), and any of the policies stated here will lead to 0 DKP rewards. Those who are on the waiting list, yet unable to join the raid when being invited to substitute will not be given any DKP reward for that raid. Together also the ones being replaces will not receive any DKP reward for that raid, that is to say leave early before the raid officially finished will lead to 0 DKP gain.

 

Additional DKP rewarded

Additional DKP is rewarded to each participating member according to the number of bosses killed during that event.

Those who firmly accept on the event calendar one hour before the event, re-accept raid invitations within 15 minutes once the raid starts, plus be able to enter the instance once invited finishes will be given an extra 2 points.

Members that are not invited to attend to the event, but accepting sudden invitations will be equally given 2 extra points for this action.

 

DKP loss due to looting

We are currently using an open bid system for looting. I.E. the raid leader will auction the loot, and reward the loot to the highest bidder, then take away that bid from their current DKP. In the cases, when an auction expires or non-official raids for farming, the looted items are rolled according needs, any shards that have been disenchanted for the unwanted loots should be saved in our guild bank IMMEDIATELY as public funds.

 

DKP gain or loss for non-looting purposes

Please refer to the definition of guild master, DKP officer(s) and raid leaders section above.

 

Biding rules

The starting bids are listed in table one below, provided that you have sufficient DKP, you may openly bid as many points as you like. Each bid should be at least 2 points greater than the last bid to be recognised as a legal move, the winner of the auction will be rewarded the auctioned item.  Any whisper or speak on ventrilo trying to find out personal current DKP will be IGNORED, repeatedly disturbing DKP officer(s) during bids should be report to the Guild Master. We only allow negative bids subject to raid leaders’ approval. (that is when you have insufficient DKP to support your bid) But be award, once you have permitted to –ve bids, then you are excluded for any future auctions, until your DKP is more than 0 again. All biddings are capped by a maximum of three times of the initial values, if two or more than two members are willing to offer the capped bidding values, then the officers on-line will use the officers’ channel (in game or on ventrilo) to vote, in order to decide who should receive this item. 

 

Rules for main/alterative characters’ DKP.

Even though all of your characters gain the same amount of DKP, but there are limits for your alt to loot. Our current setting is: Alternative characters and main characters bidding for off-spec will not be able to bid more than twice of the minimum value of the item. In other words, the maximum bids for these categories are much less than the capped value. If two or more than two members are willing to offer this lower  maximum bidding values, when there is nobody wishes to make a higher bid for one’s main character’s main-spec, then the officers on-line will use the officers’ channel (in game or on ventrilo) to vote, in order to decide who should receive this item. 

 

 

DKP rewarded for attempting to clear boss

Points may be rewarded for capable members who are selected by raid leaders on an hourly basis to attempt to kill a boss for the first time. DKP per hour will be announced by the raid leaders (with notice to DKP officer(s)’), once the invite is finished. This is to promote and provide motivation for exploring new instances; therefore this policy will not be applicable once bosses are killed on farming stage.

 

DKP penalties

 DKP may be deducted according to the nature of the offense. For example, instance no-notice AFK or AFK for too long, ignoring raid leaders’ instructions repeatedly casting wipes, delay, and progress setback, ninja items during raids, abusive behavior during raids etc. Officers must take action against those anti-social behaviors and report to guild master if necessary. Failure to apply these rules, officers and guild members may result in disciplinal actions cared out by the guild masters, (e.g. DKP penalty or raid bans) in extreme cases, they will be asked to lead to leave the guild prominently.

 

DKP penalties for some targeted actions

Firmly accept the invitations, but being late for longer than 15 minutes, (include those who fail to make it to enter in the instance) or missing the event will suffer 2 points losses. Members who cannot decide to accept or decline an event when invited on the calendar, MUST provide good reasons in person or ask someone else to post a new thread on the vacation section on guild forum, failure to do so will incur a penalty of 1 point. Please notice that there will be no DKP penalties to those who firmly decline the event, but neither will there be any promises for an invitation even able to turn up in time for the event. 

After requested by the leaders to use flask and/or elixir, every participant is obliged to do so (excluding those who have not been noticed for such event), those who do not have a good supply of the required flask or elixir or those who refuse to use them, will be recorded and be given 1 DKP penalty for every single violation. Other serious actions which may have an impact on the outcome of the event will be likely to given a minimum penalty of 1 DKP. For example, do not follow instructions, suicides, leading or provoking wipes, ignoring warnings provided etc.

 

Extremely Rare Items

Special rules apply to some of the quest items, all of the special mounts/pets, which has nothing to do with the raid progress, therefore will not be auctioned, legendary weapon/armors, which are extremely related to raid progress, so will also not be auctioned. These items will be rewarded to our outstanding officers or senior members, as part of the recognition to their long-term devoted efforts to maintain the balance this system.

Notes:

 

There is no DKP reward for any non-raid related activities, for example donation to guild banks.

 

We also forbid a player bid a particular item for another player, trading with DKP, gold or any other means are straightly against DKP rules, can therefore threat the balance of this system. Measure of checking looting on the blizzard website will be regularly performed, once such behavior is caught, the Guild Master should be informed immediately to decide appropriate disciplinary actions.

Burning Soul 工会的DKP 系统介绍（修订版：１５１２０９）

 

 

为了方便阅读者，修改版的主要修改部分均用斜体字书写。

 

本系统是以维护所有参加团队成员的平等利益为目的，所有奖励给个人的DKP是对于个人的努力和贡献给以的奖励。最初的目的并不是用来惩罚个人行为，但是实际上，遗憾的是我们经常被迫地采取强制措施，更改无视我们条例人的DKP。在此声明，工会会长及DKP负责人有权随时（无需提前通知）对个人甚 至整个工会的DKP进行清0。

 

工会会长是唯一有权力，根据工会中大部分人的权益，来制定及修改本条例的人。因此他/她在执行此条例时，唯一的责任和义务是听取官员和会员给以的修改意见。

 

我们的DKP官员是由会长委任的，指责在于记录DKP的营销，并及时地在网站上更新此信息。此职务是由会长直接委任而不是民主选出的。我们在提前声明，如果在修改DKP时有任何的失误，请给与谅解，并及时配合我们工作联系DKP官员修改错误，定期查看DKP网站，避免因为过期导致无法更改。另外，特此强调DKP官员没有解释本条例或向个人汇报DKP的义务。

 

团队组织者是我们游戏中的官员，他们仅有减少，而没有增加DKP的权力。也就是说他们会根据规定，用拍卖的形式售出物品，并有义务及时准确地把信息反馈给DKP官员。

 

注意：工会会长在DKP官员和团队组织者缺席的情况下，可以临时担任他们的职位。而DKP官员也算为我们工会官员，但是他们提供的任何服务，均不会以DKP的形式受到奖励。

 

具体条例如下：

 

DKP奖励制度

目前，本工会团队采用小时计算DKP，即：团队中每个成员（副本中以及副本外待命中的）每小时都会有2 点的 DKP 奖励。但首次击杀会有而外的奖励，目前的奖励额为x3倍，仅在副本中的当时在场成员有权申请此项奖励。请注意当头目出于收割阶段是最终将不再给于DKP奖励的。如果不遵从组织者的管理（组织者有权指 定出席者的游戏人物），或违反条例，都不会得到DKP奖励。在副本外由团队组织者指定而待命的替补会员，会在因其他成员退出而被邀请进入，而被替补出去的早退成员（以在副本中）不得给以这次团队活动的DKP奖励。

 

其他奖励制度及分值

DKP副加值是按照活动中boss击杀个数，对在团队中参加活动的成员给以同等数量ＤＫＰ的奖励。

在团队活动一小时前接受发起者的邀请，并在活动开始后１５分钟之内接受组织者邀请，同时刻进入团队副本的成员给以２点ＤＫＰ奖励。

未被发起者提前邀请，但能接受临时邀请参加活动的会员会受到追加奖励，当前奖励值同价为２点。

 

 

分配物品后的DKP扣除

我们目前采用的是公开竞标制度。就是说团队组织者管理和执行物品拍卖，分配给最高的竞标者，然后把竞标价格从赢家的DKP中扣除。当物品因无竞标或‘休闲团’带小号打装备时，都可以采取按需求扔点数的方法来分配，如果残留下的任何物品，被分解后属工会财产，必须及时存入工会银行。

 

其他原因所作的DKP更改

请参看‘工会会长’，‘DKP官员’和‘团队组织者’在前文中的定义。

 

竞标规则

竞标价格的底价请见表一，在自己现有点数的容许下，成员可任意添点竞标，每次竞标要超过上个竞标人２点，方可被视为合理竞标，竞标胜利者得到物品奖励。特此提醒，在竞标过程中，以任何形式向DKP官员询问当前个人 的DKP是不会有任何回复的，如果反复延迟竞标的效率，应通知工会会长。我们在团队组织者容许下可以才用副分制度。（如果你现有的DKP小于你的竞标价 格，可以借贷为副值）需要了解的是，一旦成为副值，将不能参与任何竞标，直至DKP成为正值时为止。竞标封顶值是起拍价格的三倍，如果两人或两人以上愿意使用封顶价购买某物品时，工会在线官员在工会官员专用频道（游戏中或语音系统中）投票决定物品归属。

 

大/小号和主副天赋的DKP管理

虽然说大/小号的DKP在奖励和竞标时享有同样的权力，但是为了避免‘开荒团’和‘成就团’等中的‘滑水’现 象，我们限制小号的拾取条件。目前出台的措施是：小号以及大号的副天赋装备不得超过起标价的两倍，换句话说，最高价位低于大号主天赋的封顶价。如果两人或 两人以上愿意使用这种低等级封顶价购买某物品，而没有任何大号的主天赋竞标时，工会在线官员在工会官员专用频道（游戏中或语音系统中）投票决定物品归属。

 

‘开荒期’DKP的处理

奖励值有可能会给于被选中而能参加‘开荒’的成员。具体的DKP的小时奖励会在团队组好以后即时统一宣布。此制度仅在于提高‘垦荒’积极性。因此会在一定时期之后取消此项优惠政策。

 

惩罚制度

DKP 的惩罚值因情况而定。而惩罚的对象有可能是：随意脱机，脱机时间过长，无视管理者的提示导致反复的团没，延误，影响进度，偷窃掉落及分解物品，在团队中恶 意骚扰行为等等。官员必须按照本条例严格执法，如实向会长汇报严重行为。不能遵从此条例的官员和会员将会受到会长的严肃处理（例如，DKP惩罚，禁止参加 今后团队活动），在严重情况下将会导致终生退会。

 

其中对个别行为的针对性惩罚为

提 前接受活动的邀请，却在活动开始后１５分钟之内没有到场（包括没有按时进入副本的成员）或缺勤受到２点ＤＫＰ惩罚。没有接受也没有拒绝活动的成员必须在工 会论坛中事先请假专栏中亲自或委托发帖请假，否则有１点ＤＫＰ的惩罚。请注意拒绝邀请者不会等到ＤＫＰ惩罚，但不能保证享受到活动邀请。

在 团队组织者要求服用药剂后，没有自备药剂（临时加入者除外），或者拒绝服用者均会被记录下来，并按照违规此数给以每次１点的惩罚，并且按照违规次数累加。 严重影响正常的副本活动人员会受到至少１点的惩罚，这些行为包括，不服从指挥，擅自自杀，怂恿团灭，无视组织者提醒犯下关键性错误等等。

 

稀有物品

一些特别物品是不受本条例限制的，例如一些团队相关的任务用品，所有的团队掉落的座骑。我们不采用DKP拍卖因为这些物品与团队的进度完全没有关系。然而‘史诗’级别的装备的重要性是不能用DKP来衡量的。因此这些物品将会轮流的奖励给我们的会长，以及为我们团队做出无私奉献的工会官员，或者是资深的荣誉会员。目的在于对感谢他们长期制定，执行，以及服从本法则。

备注：

 

其他无直接对团队有益的行为是不会得到DKP的奖励，例如对工会银行的捐赠。

 

因为要保正对每位会员的公平性，我们坚决杜绝任何以形式买卖，交易已经由DKP买入的物品。我们会定期按照记录，在官网上进行核对。一旦发现违纪行为，须及时呈报会长进行相应处理。
